  • Companies are responsive, transparent, and proactive when it comes to customer service. They take responsibility for resolving issues promptly and preventing problems before they occur.

Our site was founded in 2024 by Amy Diaz, a passionate customer service expert with an MBA from Northwestern University. Amy was born and raised in Chicago and enjoys giving back to her community.

In 2009, Amy met her husband Kevin while volunteering at a local animal shelter. Kevin brought his 10 years of customer service and writing experience to help create content for our site. He holds a communications degree from DePaul University.

Amy and Kevin make a great team – combining their expertise to help consumers! After seeing many consumers struggle with poor customer service, they decided to launch a site to provide helpful resources.

Amy Diaz is the founder and CEO of our customer service focused site, launched in 2024. With over 15 years of experience in the customer service industry, Amy is passionate about providing exceptional service and empowering consumers. She holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, which she obtained in 2005. Born and raised in Chicago, Amy enjoys giving back to her local community through volunteering and fundraising efforts. In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband Kevin and their two Labrador retrievers, going on weekend hikes, trying new restaurants, and traveling.

Kevin Davis

Kevin Davis 

DOB: September 11, 1982

Kevin Davis is our site’s lead content writer. He brings 10 years of customer service and writing experience to craft informative articles for consumers. Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from DePaul University, which he earned in 2004. Born and raised in Chicago, he met his wife Amy while volunteering at a local animal shelter in 2009. Kevin is an avid reader of nonfiction and enjoys weekend camping trips with Amy and their dogs. As a content writer, he leverages his background in customer service to create insightful articles that help consumers resolve their customer service issues.
